This refund policy applies to all products purchased directly from the KoolyGear website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective refund policies.
- Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for the following cases:
a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement, including any shipping charges.
b. Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request you to return the item, and upon receipt, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
c. Sizing Issues: If you have sizing issues with your clothing item, you can request an exchange for a different size. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange process.
- Non-Eligibility for Refunds
We do not offer refunds for the following cases:
a. Change of Mind: If you have simply changed your mind about the purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
b. Sale Items: Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
- Return Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
c. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging and condition, including all tags and accessories. Please include the return authorization number on the package.
d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- Refund Options
Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If the payment was made through a different method, our customer support team will work with you to process the refund accordingly.
